Team Leader

 Achieve and exceed the sales targets and objectives, quantitative and qualitative, for the allocated territory through maximizing sales opportunities and building relationships that thereby generate sales growth in line with RS India sales targets.

 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

 Experience

 Should have worked for a minimum period of 5 -8 years in outbound sales, preferably BPO experience in outbound sales

 Handling a Team of Minimum 5 – 10.

 Communication skills

 Should have excellent communication skill

 Should have leadership qualities

 EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

 Graduation (B.Sc or Any Stream) & preferably a PG with specialization in sales & marketing
