Job Description: Technical Authors / Writer / Information Developer:
- Research and development of content
- Work independently or as part of cross-functional teams to develop information products associated with components or features of an assigned product
- Plan and conduct information product technical reviews with subject matter experts
- Communicate technical information accurately and in a way that is relevant to the work of end-user groups
- Apply techniques to enable clear and accurate communication in global markets
- Create design specification documents.
Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in telecom software industry.Educational Background: Grads / Post GradsCritical skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Working knowledge of authoring tools
- Working knowledge of graphic tools
- Working knowledge of online help productsDesirable skills
- XML/SGML
- Knowledge of information mapping principles
- UNIX
