Work Experience:  

Ability to design IT Architecture and Solutions

Some knowledge of Data & Metadata modelling, Data Transformation and User Interfaces

Demonstrates good understanding of the current version of Client’s technology and methodologies appropriate for core consulting (e.g., Data Management, Business Intelligence Reporting)

Good Application Development Skills: writes a program to predefined specifications in a structured and logical way

Good statistical knowledge

Good knowledge of core Client products (Macro, AF, Base, SQL)

Some knowledge of Client Warehousing, front end tools and infrastructure knowledge

Good knowledge of Data Mining and Analytical Solutions

Basic understanding of third party languages

Ability to integrate Client with other third party packages as part of a solution

Produce quality deliverables using Client and necessary 3rd party technology

Ability to write technical documentation

Professional

·        Build and maintain confidence of clients and colleagues
·        Demonstrate solid ability to understand, analyze, and solve technical problems
·        Contribute to the development of at least one proposal, using the appropriate guidelines
·        Demonstrate effective written and oral communications skills
·        Develop functional knowledge of an industry area
·        Serve as a coach for one or more junior consultants
·        Participate in the development of Client Consulting by contributing to the Central Project Information System (e.g., scripts, papers, tools, code, etc.)
·        Good time-management skills.

·        Ability to work effectively in a team
·        Ability and willingness to transfer knowledge

Experience:
Total : 6-8 years in consulting or equivalent.
Relevant Experience: 5 yrs in functional experience
