This is Vidya from Impact HR Services, Mumbai. We are an Executive Search firm with 10yrs into HR Services Industry. Impact HR Services is led by Mr. Prakash Kewalramani (IIT, Delhi /IIM A). We cater to Fortune-500 MNC & highly reputed Indian conglomerates for various niche level assignments.
 

Our Client is established in 1995 e-Learning use of Internet based technologies to deliver an end-to-end educational solution that enhances knowledge and performance. True e-learning is a new method of education that does not mimic old methods but maximizes Internet media to enhance and extend the learning experience. It is a training company providing bespoke and generic e-learning and instructor led training (“ILT”) to a customer base of largely blue chip multinational companies.

 

Our client is in the process of strengthening their Mumbai operations and requires following:
 

Candidate profile:      Technical Developer
Developer Skills – in order of importance:
Programming experience in Macromedia Flash MX/ MX 2004 with the following considerations:
1.      Flash Component development experience.
2.      Experience in Action Script/ DHTML/ JavaScript
3.      Experience in SCORM/AICC wrapping.
4.      Good knowledge of XML and integration of advanced XML data with Macromedia Flash MX.
5.      Knowledge of creating accessible content with Flash MX.
7.      Macromedia Director LINGO programming and/or Author ware scripting will be an added bonus

General Responsibilities:


  • The applicant will be responsible for advanced graphics programming and scripting in
    • Macromedia Flash MX/ MX 2004 and Actionscript 1 and 2.
  • S/he will be responsible for finding technical solutions and implementing these for interactive applications. 
  • The applicant should be able to deliver applications in the required time with Quality considerations.
  • S/he should be able to understand and find Mathematical based solutions for the interactive products.
    The applicant should be able to function in a team environment and multiple Graphics programming developers’ scenario
    •  

    Education Qualification: Any Graduate
     

    Experience: 2 – 4 yrs
     

    Location: Vile–Parle (East)
