Mandatory: Significant prior experience in installing, configuring, troubleshooting and deploying applications in complex J2EE environments such as JBoss, Websphere and Weblogic. Mandatory: Significant prior experience with in Solaris/Unix environments, including Unix shell scripts. Mandatory: Significant prior experience providing first-level of troubleshooting in J2EE environments such as analysis of server/application logs, inspection of database tables. Mandatory: Significant prior experience in managing/supporting large-scale software systems for multiple customers Mandatory: Strong communications skills Strongly preferred: Experience with J2EE in Wireless Telecom companies Strongly preferred: Familiarity with trouble ticketing systems Strongly preferred: Ability to implement processes and manage processes for issue tracking, resolution and communication.
