1. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 2. Five (5) or more years demonstrated experience analyzing current business process, related system use and data flow, and recommending alternative business processes, system processes and data flow to customer/end user. Experience performing these tasks for large, complex, object-oriented .Net web system is preferred. 3. Five (5) or more years demonstrated experience: - identifying and documenting business processes, rules, application user requirements and data flows - documenting complex security requirements - producing logical design documents from which developers can create a technical design Experience performing these tasks for large, complex, object-oriented .Net web systems is preferred. 4. Three (3) years experience performing: - Technical Unit product testing - Assisting with User Acceptance Testing - Communication of bugs to technical staff - Validating system responses against the business requirements Experience performing these tasks for large, complex, object-oriented .Net web systems is preferred. 5. Three (3) years experience working with a SACWIS (Statewide Automated Child Welfare Information System) based system as part of the Application Development organization. Experience in large, complex, object-oriented .Net web systems is preferred.
