Write computer programs to coordinate operational support systems (OSS) and billing system for a Telephone/VoIP Company in the United States.

Should be able to write computer or web based programs to implemenate the following solutions:

Access Service Request (ASR), Common Channel Signaling (CCS) also known as Signaling System 7 (SS7), Local Service Request (LSR), Enhanced Service Request (ESR), Service Order Administration (SOA), Line Information Database (LIDB), Calling Name (CNAM) database, Enhanced 911 (E911), Customer Account Record Exchange (CARE), Pre-Port Validation (PPC), Work Flow Management, Customer Management, Product Information, Order Status, Billing Summaries, Lost Customer Reports, Help Desk, Inventory Management, Switch and Network Element Iterfaces, Ancillary Database Interfaces for Number Portability.
