Testing Consultant

As Application Services Delivery Test Consultant you will provide management consulting services to  clients (IT and Business Executives) to determine their business and technical issues related to "testing" and recommend solutions.

You will use your in-depth consulting skills and Application Development Effectiveness (ADE) / Software Engineering Institute - Capability Maturity Model (SEI-CMM) frameworks to analyse the clients' issues, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions.
You will advise clients on testing processes, methodology and tools and  will be involved in engagements in a variety of industries and different platforms.

As Test Consultant you will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Align testing strategically with established business goals.
• Take assessments of current situation.
• Create roadmaps to achieve business goals based on current state.
• Advise and align various department levels
• Work with teams to improve testing and quality processes
• Establish and gather metrics
• Perform reviews of strategy and processes
• Manage expectations of  customer

You have experience in Object Oriented analysis, Risk based test strategy analysis.  

Knowledge of UML and Rational's tool suite are a plus.
You combine a strong consultancy experience and good communication skills with experience in people management/Leadership
