Need an expert in application systems analysis and programming. Will provide technical leadership on complex projects and manage technical project team. Will prepare detailed project feasibility studies, scope statements, project cost and schedule, test plans and IT infrastructure requirements. Must be able to troubleshoot and solve complex coding. Will require advance knowledge of VB . net , HTML, Powerbuilder, Javascript, Access, Oracle, PL-SQL and SSL. Must be able to mentor and advise other programming staff.
