This is a fantastic opportunity for a Technical Consultant with strong customer facing skills to join an exciting communications company.
As a VoIP Engineer, Cisco VoIP Analyst, Network Engineer your responsibilities will include implementation, development, design and support of all VOIP services.
With a background in telecoms and with experience in a VoIP environment, you will be well versed in Cisco products and all aspects of installation and support.
There are three key aspects to the role:
1) To support the sales team with technical-led expertise / understanding during the sales process.
2) A key role within the Support Team focused on supporting our customer base with specific responsibility for our Managed and Hosted Telephony solution.
3) To take a lead in respect to the ongoing development of the Managed Telephony offering.VoIP Engineer, Cisco VoIP Analyst, Network Engineer
Solid experieicne in both VoIP and IT infrastructure- Cisco IP Products- Windows and Linux experience
- Conversant with LAN, IP, PC’s, Servers, Routers- Positive attitude- Assertive
- Self managing (ability to prioritise) and focused on completing tasks
- Aptitude to resolve issues (fault finding)
- Strong communication skills
- Good telephone manner
- Driving Licence Ideal but not essential
- Programming skills (scripting)- SQL experience- Pre-sales experience- Previous experience of Windows and Linux would be ideal but not essential
