An active real estate development company is looking for a proactive Web Content & Graphic Design Coordinator for various residential and commercial projects.

A position is available for a web content and graphic design graduate having a minimum two (2) years of work experience in web design, web publishing, web content coordination, graphic design, and multimedia management. Experience in real estate development and/or in the condominium area will be an asset.

The applicant must:

- have strong written and verbal communication skills;

- be proficient with relevant industry-standard software and technologies, including, Flash, Dreamweaver, Photopshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, XML, Flash Video, PHP, JavaScript;

- have some experience in troubleshooting basic software and hardware matters;

- be proficient in set-ups for local hosting of general web content and email channeling and forwarding;

- have an understanding of, and experience in, marketing and brand management, including through deployment and use of web content and other multimedia vehicles;

- have a proactive attitude and be a team spirited player flexible to changes in a hi-paced environment.
