This individual will be responsible for managing projects related to Windows kernel level programming, who had basic knowledge of windows kernel, He want to understand how windows operating system works , and after that he want to design some services for windows .

Essential Skill
• 6+ years of software development / systems engineering experience
• 2+ years of managing projects with software development team of 6+
people
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality product releases
under tight deadlines and stringent quality requirements
• Experience with windows and Linux operating systems
• Demonstrated programming & project execution ability of c, c++,vc++ & assambly
applications
• Experience with Multithreading on vc++. Exposure to C++ and
scripting desired
• Strong communication, organizational & inter-personal skills and
positive attitude
• Quick learner, self-starter, highly-motivated.
• This role expects the candidate to spend at least 60% to 80% time on
technical activities.

Desirable Skills
• Knowledge of low level programming paradigm,
• Knowledge of TCP/IP networking a plus
Adeptness in managing and executing multiple projects would be
desirable.
