 JOB DESCRIPTION: Minimum of three years experience: w Examining the methods and processes of the business flow within a diverse public or private service delivery organization w Assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying unnecessary steps w Incorporating value-added steps into a new process through the translation of business practices into terminology and desk products that seamlessly merge computer and microcomputer technology with work processes w Assessing and documenting existing business processes and identifying where improvements can be made or where new processes can be installed w Researching best practices of comparable organizations and analyzing the feasibility of installing them where needed w Developing new methods and procedures, implementation plans and schedules, and written reports w Eliciting and documenting business, user, and system requirements w Preparing Business Requirements Documents (BRD)
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Qualifications:Up to 3 or more years of experience analyzing and documenting legacy systems, programs, and processes Up to 3 or more years experience using varied techniques to elicit information from Subject Matter Experts, for example, facilitation, interviewing, surveys, etc.
