Number of Position:-FOUR
Desirable:-
1) Provide primary support for installation of server/workstation environment.A) Coordinate equipment installations-
B) Monitors site to ensure the equipment is functioning at optimum capacity.
2) Configuration and maintenance of system software that support agency initiative.A)Configure computer for access to various city programs like POS, Intranet, Email, HRA Viewer and-NYCWAY.
B) Build and support POS Management Console database tables.
C) Coordinate system backup and other functions.
3)Customer Service Support-
A) Ensure prompt and effective response to customer issues and concerns in a timely manner.
B) Update Helpdesks, MIS management and center management on all open issues.
C) Arrange periodic meetings with customer to determine concerns to p provide better service.
Mandatory Requirements For Class I (Team strength: Four (4)
Candidates must meet the following Recruitments:-
A) Minimum two (2) years experience working with microcomputers and troubleshoot Local Area Network and connectivity to Citrix servers.
B) Minimum two (2) years of experience working with directory structures of Hard Disk Drives.
C) Minimum two (2) years experience working with Local Area Network system application software
D) Minimum two (2) years of experience working with system security and data back-up responsibilities
E) Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Window Server, WINS & DHCP.
