How to make your boss love you

One of the most stressful situations at the work place is probably having a boss who does not like you. Considering that solving this problem will most surely get you one step closer to doing your job better, Devseeker decided that it is best to help you get under your boss’ skin.
• Make sure that you are paying attention to what the boss tells you. One of the best ways to impress him or her is to convince him or her that you understood what he or she asks of you.

• You need to have a solid relationship with your boss. You can do this by treating your customers properly. This will create a good look for him or her. At the same time it would be best if you would offer him or her some feedback about what you’ve learned and how you can improve some aspects.
• One of the good aspects of knowing your boss for a long time is being able to anticipate his or her needs. The fact that you will provide what he or she needs ahead of time will influence the opinion that he or she might have about you.
• Even though sometimes you might not agree with your boss because you simply do not see how his or her solution could work, do not dismiss the idea from the start. The best way to solve the issue is to discuss, meaning to act in a responsible and mature way.
• One of the most significant aspects that you need to take into account in your relationship with the boss is knowing his or her personality. If you manage to understand it, you will have no problem in behaving in the proper manner.
