Inbound Call Centre Application for Tricon /DSS: Its software solution developed by Teckinfo provides a Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) server that interfaces with the Call Centers ACD. Based on the DNI / CLI, the screen pops up at the agent where the call arrives. The pop up screen displays the customer profile, his or her previous orders, likes and other details, to help agent give a personalised service.File Transfer NetCast: NetCast is a Network application providing simultaneous transmission of data from one location to many locations over a wide area network. The software is written for a leading Indian Newspaper Company, who wanted an application that could help them transfer large files to their various locations across the country simultaneously.Flight link: Indian Airlines, a leading national airline, as part of their customer service package, wished to provide flight information to passengers in the form of message over a range of mobile devices, e.g. mobile phones, pagers etc. Teckinfo was involved in designing, developing and implementing the application. The application captures the flight schedule along with the passenger’s contact information from Indian Airline’s server over TCP/IP.Game Show Application using IVR: PageLink, a leading Call Centre and Paging Company, wished to launch a Dial-in Game Show based on Interactive Voice Response System. The requirement, was for an IVRS system that can handle 16 lines simultaneously. The application maintains extensive statistics and provides it on real time basis to the administrator. The application is designed on Dialogic Card and runs on Windows NT. VC++ 6.0 is the language and MS SQL Server 7.0 is the Database usedBilling System for Store and Forward Fax Services: Crompton Greaves, among the top 20 Industrial Houses in India, introduced a store and forward fax service in India under the name CGFaxnet. They had a requirement for a centralised billing package that would take care of all the schemes and discounts and generate an invoice on a fortnightly basis. The software required to pick up relevant information from the fax server and the customer database (Informix) to generate the invoice. The software is developed in Foxpro.
