Voice Browser is an ordinary browser just like IE but the main Difference between voice browser and the IE is, here I have added one Extra module that’s called as speech it consists of two operations that Is speech recognition and speech synthesis.
Speech recognition is the process of converting spoken language to written text. A speech synthesizer converts written text into spoken language.
