Project I: Testing
a) DSL-502T: Involved in functional testing of DSL-502T (unit designed by
D- Link Corp. Taiwan)
Conducted Reliability Tests, QM333 at ETDC GOA and ETDC Labs Bangalore
Conducted TEC Approval Tests Like Return loss tests, Insertion loss tests etc. at ERTL Mumbai.
Conducted EMI / EMC tests at ETDC Labs Bangalore
Functional Tests such as Multiple PVC’s, SNMP, Routing etc.
b) IPDSLAM: Involved in testing of DAS 3216,DAS -3224, DAS-3248
D-LINK Corporation –Taiwan, designed IPDSLAM
Role:
On Field-testing under Indian condition.
Configuring the units as per customer’s requirements.

a) ADSL 2+ Router: GLB-502T
Working on Texas Instruments TNETD7300A chipset.
Status: Design Completed, 50K CPE already manufactured
Features: a) Able to attain ADSL2+ on any IP DSLAM
b) In built Splitter
c) Supports 8 PVC’s
Role:
Design and Development of ADSL2+ router with Single LAN port and Single USB port with on board Splitter.
Designed GUI for GLB-502T, using HTML coding.
Conducting all functional tests including long distance test using Line Simulator.
Configuring ADSL routers on field for PPPoE.
Testing functional features like PPPoE, Static routing, Bridge mode, Multiple PVC’s, VLAN settings, DHCP server, SNMP, Port forwarding, UPnP, LAN Isolation, IP Filters

b) Wireless, ADSL 2+ Router:
Status: Under Design Stage
Role: Member of Design team for Wireless and USB 2.0 ADSL 2+ router, Texas Instruments chipset.
c) ADSL 2+ Router with Dying Gasp Capability: GLB-512T
Working on Texas Instruments TNETD7200 chipset.
Status: Design Completed, Its in prototype stage
