- Working in Auto-components Machining Project for Production Engineering Department and Manufacturing Process Controller of Axle & Transmission Components.
Key Result Areas;
Project Coordination
Conducting feasibility study of process and machines; preparing project schedules / plans, engineering designs / drawings and technical specifications for smooth execution of projects.
Supervising the designing processes & developing free hand sketches, Assembly Drawings, Details Drawings of products & manufacturing equipments.
Utilising CAD programs for building up dimensional components with Technical drawings for components or small sections of a product.
New Product Design
Interfacing with R&D for necessary modifications in component design for manufacturability of components for better efficiency.
Coordinating with customers for understanding their technical requirements and facilitating the internal depts. for developing technical blueprints.
Facilitating new product development initiatives with key focus on QCD (Quality, Control & Delivery). Preparing documents as per ISO 9002 Certification procedures.

Developing jigs & fixtures as per predefined specifications. Undertaking testing/ inspection of jigs & fixtures, identifying defects & making relevant modifications.
Ensuring in process compliance by monitoring processes, identifying defects & modifying final scale up.
Co-ordination with production and planning department, co-ordination with marketing department for designs and customer requirements.

Process Engineering & Improvement
Implementing systems, processes and procedures to facilitate smooth functioning of overall operations and enhance operational efficiency and cost optimisation.
Analysing various processes / applications and recommending process modifications and to enhance operational efficiency.
Driving process improvement strategy and methodology, ensuring maximum efficiency in various operations.

Major Projects Handled;
Project to supply Brake Drum (Spigotted) finish machined for Truck (Model:LPT-1616) to Tata Motors, Jamshedpur.
Process succeed on TATA Brake Drum (Model: LPT-1616) machined through making P-PAP Document (Upto Level-3) with Machine selection & Lay-out according to PFD, Process Sheets, Control Plan, PFMEA, Checking Aid List, SPC-Chart, R & R study and Improvement Plan for 5000 pcs per month.
Process Planning for modified Torsion Bar manufacturing of the Bullet-Proof of the Ambassador Car for Defence Sector.
Completed changing Steering Column shaft Assy. for the Ambassador GRAND-06 Model.
Machining Off-loading of different components stage-wise of Front Suspension, axle and Transmission components for cost reduction.
