JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position, would include Helpdesk, Support Centre, Security Process(when that comes into India Shared Services Centre) and other similar projects which will come in over time ( 150 FTE + currently should grow to 180-200 by end 2008) Strong Service Delivery Record and Experience in managing large teams – Technical help desk area Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customer groups Strong Analytical and Problem Solving abilities Ability to enhance customer experience, think behind the obvious and have strong ’change” mindset Work effectively and seamlessly with cross functional teams in IT and other areas – both in India and UK Strong understanding of transition methodology and other industry best practices
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
