JOB DESCRIPTION:
Work closely with the hiring managers to understand requirement. Source & shortlist candidates from various sources like job sites, placement consultants, & informal groups; Maintain HR database and records and issue regular reports.
The incumbent will be also responsible for undertaking the complete selection cycle for the recruitment including shortlisting of profiles, coordinating with companies etc. to involve in business development, meeting clients, making presentations etc.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree, MBA (HR) preferred. 1-3 years of relevant experience; We seek bright, positive and flexible people who also act with the highest integrity and professionalism in all their endeavors.
Female candidates will be given preference. Good communication and presentation skills. Pleasing personality.
