JOB DESCRIPTION:
· To develop and deliver business plans for defined accounts portfolio to achieve targets. · To facilitate the maximisation of sales through deep penetration within the account contact base and through pursuit of cross-sell opportunities. · To develop customer contact and market intelligence. · To support implementation of direct marketing actives. · To develop working relationship with company and or local distributor personnel to ensure clarity of requirements and to provide support in resolving issues. · To resolve customer issues and where necessary raise profile of issues to ensure our service and quality promise is delivered. · To provide regular customer visit reports and recommendations for business development within customer base. · To provide assistance in resolving issues of payment and credit control with customer.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
· 3 years experience in selling to key accounts organisations or very successful account management/ sales career. · Ability to plan, manage and co-ordinate multiple project. · Tenacious and results oriented · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Local language fluency and English. · Financial understanding. · PC based IT skills. · Track record of delivery. · Energetic team player. · Ability to influence/ obtain buy in across functional boundaries.
