JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Assist the India Marketing Manager in all marketing programs and initiatives, marketing communications plans, market share data, marketing budgeting process, Marcom requirements. · Source and provide Marketing and Corporate Communications support for India trade shows, customer events etc. · Coordinate and manage company’s conferences, partners’ activities/events in the India region · Assist and execute quarterly India Marketing plan to drive Marketing ROI · Assist in managing web marketing activities · Provide quarterly measurement and reporting of marketing programs in India · Work closely and support Marketing Manager and each business owners including Partner sales, End User sales, Systems Engineers for marketing programs execution.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience Required § Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant marketing and/or business discipline § At least 2 years experience in Marketing in IT environment (Experience in foreign-owned company is preferred.) § Technology background is preferred. § Excellent communication and writing skill in English. § A team player with tenacity to work under short deadlines and in fast-paced environment § Matured, goal-oriented, and self-motivated § Able to relate to all levels of staff in the organization to achieve his/her goals
