JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Consultant facilitates the implementation and support of SAP products to enhance the clients business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction. Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, including providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients. Assists in the development of the overall project plan (scoping process) as well as individual work plans A demonstrated resource to other consultants, the ability to lead teams, execute across application areas (i.e. SRM, BI,SD, FI, MM, PP, HR, etc.), and delivers utilization rates above expectations Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigates, analyses, and solves software problems and maps client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs. Experienced in business process design in AP and AR, PC Maintains/expands client list & builds credible relationships w/ clients, develops own professional learning of SAP products/technologies and solutions to both clients and fellow colleagues. Assists in internal activities support, consulting, presales, prepares training materials, teach on-site courses and provide mentoring/support to less experienced colleagues. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for Finance implementation within the health care industry. Required Work Experience: The successful candidate will have not only a broad range of SAP Financial expertise, but have good business knowledge and the understanding of how SAP Financials contributes to the financial health of a company. A background in finance or accounting will be a plus. This role assists clients in the implementation and support of SAP application packaged solutions. Candidates will use in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environments in order to achieve client expected business results 7-10 years hands on FICO configuration experience. At least 3 full cycle implementation/upgrade in ECC 6.0 with implementation of New-GL. Familiarity with CATT, ECATT and LSMW. Thorough knowledge of SAP FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, CCA, PCA, COPA, and Product Costing, Consolidation, Treasury/Cash Management Good understanding on integration aspects with other modules Ability to write functional specification documents RICEF components Excellent analytical & problem resolution skills; excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Ability to respond to RFP, build business case and business process analysis Strong experience developing solutions for Health Care and/or Banking Industry Ability to concurrently handle multiple tasks with conflicting priorities while working independently or collaboratively. Development of testing and training documentation and delivery of training to users SAP Certification, strong finance background, IFRS reporting requirements
