 JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities
Project management of multi-site software development for CE digital audio products:
Define multi-site software development plan Optimize work allocation among multiple development sites Define project milestones and facilitate activities planning leading to these milestones
Track multi-site development progress through formal project management process and tools
Co-operating with SW operation manager to plan and resolve resource needs Lead the local development team to successful delivery of defined tasks Interface with Product management, Electrical Engineering, QA Engineering andother functional groups in the organization during the entire project cycle
Lead the software project management team and help junior project managers on competency building
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
BSCS/EE, MSCS/EE preferredSolid hands-on software development experience in embedded systemsLarge-scale multi-site software development project management experienceKnowledge of software engineering process principles and practice
