 JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Develop websites & manage code changes and cross-browser compatibility
2. Handle multiple projects simultaneously, for clients belonging to different industries
3. Work directly with the founding team to conceptualise & execute innovative web applications
4. Create e-commerce websites & shopping carts
5. Create widgets & applications on social networking platforms like Facebook & Orkut
6. Understand & implement widgets across client websites
7. Stay updated on best practices & developments in internet technologies
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The candidate must have excellent skills in JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, Ecommerce & shopping cart development, Mysql & other RDBMS, HTML, DHTML & XML
Practical experience in customizing open source applications and building new applications will be valuable
The candidate needs to be a friendly team-person, comfortable with communicating his/her thoughts, multi-tasking, quick learning & delivering within deadlines
